We served customers on the Main Line of Philadelphia, expanding into Chester County and Delaware. In the earlier years, it became apparent that there was a customer service void in the landscape industry that we knew we could fill. Just doing mediocre work, with below average customer attention, and communication, seemed to be the norm. Our goal was to provide superior customer service with quality workmanship. We are very proud to have achieved an unprecedented annual customer retention rate of 98% and get most of our business as referrals from satisfied customers. As a further commitment to the utmost in professionalism, our crews are always dressed in Town and Country Lawn Care, Inc., uniforms, and a supervisor is always on site.
