The "THS" are the initials of Howard Suitt, who in 1968 started Suitt Construction, which eventually became a $250 million company with a national reputation for focusing on client service and for building projects that exceeded client expectations.

At THS Constructors that philosophy has remained intact and is practiced everyday by the company's principals, all of whom are former Suitt Construction veterans who worked together for years, industry professionals who know, understand and communicate well with one another. In fact, the entire organization - including all the project managers and most of the superintendents - is made up of former Suitt Construction associates. Subsequently, there's no learning curve when it comes to project management.

Our style of managing projects can be best described as "intensive." To us, quality control, staying on schedule, and sticking to the budget are not just phrases on a contract, but words to live by - if we say we'll complete a project with a certain level of quality, on an agreed upon date, and at a set cost, then that's what we'll do. We're obsessive about strict attention to project management because we know that it's the only way to build trust with our clients.
