Each year we have grown more into an organized and professional company with a good history of well trained employees. R&J are members of BBB, ISN Networld, Forwardedge (DOT Compliance), ISTC, HASC, NCMS and PEC Premier Safety Management. We are also certified for the following task, O.Q Certified, NCCER, TWIC, QC Reports. R&J'S Safety technicians specify all safety concerns associated with each task using several tools including, Pre-Job Safety Analysis (PJSA), Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA), and Estimate Safety Checklist. At our company we conduct regular safety meetings throughout each project with technicians taking an active leadership role and provide site specific training regarding work permit systems, confined space, and emergency evacuation procedures.
