The Original Mike's Diner first opened it's doors in November of 1997 in Elk Grove, and is owned and operated by the Raasch family. Our goal is to offer delicious affordable food, in a family friendly environment. Our 1950's style diner features juke boxes at all the booths playing your favorite hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's.

Our menu ranges from crispy chicken strips, juicy burgers, to tasty char-grilled steaks. We also offer home style family favorites like our special recipe meatloaf, pot roast, and chicken fried steak with creamy sausage country gravy. Our breakfasts are out of this world and our kids menu has a wide variety of options.

Stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or maybe one of our creamy thick milkshakes or gooey sundaes. We also have a private back room available for meetings, birthday parties and special events. We feature a classic car show on Tuesday nights in the spring and summer in the parking lot.
