Since 1980, John G. Novak has served as President and CEO of Novak Construction Company, overseeing strategic business planning and profitable growth. Prior to creating Novak Construction Company, John Novak was an independent residential contractor. Novak worked as a carpenter and field superintendent supervising all trades during the day.
