We manufacture everything from the Leather, Cloth or Vinyl Seat Cover, the wires that go into the foam that supports the foam, the wires used for holding the seat cover to the foam, as well as insulation and strengthening products used to make the foam durable.



Greenfield Research, Inc., was founded in 1968 and has been producing the industry's highest quality Cut and Sew Trim, Wires and Reinforcement products. We are a World Class, ISO/TS 16949 certified company making products for the Automotive Seating industry. We have over 250, 000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space housing our computerized CNC cutting machines, large and small bed die presses, a vast array of wire forming equipment including small run hand-operated benders for quick-turn prototyping and auto-forming equipment that can produce well over 1 million wires annually. Our sewing facilities are state of the art, including a prototyping shop with trim-engineering personnel on staff. We have the capability to cut and sew all types of cloth, vinyl or leather products and can produce any quantity from short runs of 50 to 100 pieces to large quantity purchases. Greenfield Research is also the industry's #1 supplier of paper covered wire products.
