Golden Fiduciary Services (GFS) is a 15-year old trust company with offices in Colorado and Washington.

We take care of people ... and their money. This statement, more than any other, embodies the essence of our mission. Beneficiaries, regardless of circumstance, become part of our family and vice versa. Our people serve as another, often critical, circle of support.

Today we serve clients in a wide range of trust areas: from Special Needs Trusts (still at the core of our business) to Support and Asset Protection Trusts, Successor Trusteeships, Conservatorships, Qualified Settlement Funds (QSGs), and Investment Management.

We started out and remain firmly rooted in Special Needs Trusts, a very unique area of trust work. It requires not just attention to financial details and public benefits but sincere and abiding care and concern for the beneficiaries. Golden Fiduciary's team of professionals gets to know our clients and gives them ongoing and supportive personal attention. It is what we do. Is is part of our DNA. We believe that we are the best trust company available based on the level of diligence, stewardship and care we provide. We are proud to say that we are the Special Needs Trust company.

In order to serve Special Needs clients, we created and, over the years, honed the skill sets to help all our beneficiaries understand the benefits and workings of their trusts; discuss investment and budgeting goals; carefully craft and regularly monitor the investment portfolio so that it is in sync with the goals; create and regularly reassess the trust budget--something rarely seen in the world of trust management; offer assistance and direction in the key areas of housing, transportation and caregiver issues; and provide a wide range of client advocacy services. We are even available to assist our clients on a 24/7 basis with non-medical emergencies.

From the outset, we work with our clients and their families to determine beneficiaries' needs and how best to apply funds from the trust to meet those needs. We create an Investment Policy Statement that will drive how funds in the trust can most effectively be invested to meet short- and long-term financial goals. We take very seriously our responsibility to put trust dollars to work. This results in our being able to accurately manage cashflow needs and the investment mix. We take pride in our ability to manage cash and to develop portfolios that are consistent with each individual beneficiary's financial portfolio.
