The Die-Sep can reduce the time to open a mold from 15-30 minutes down to 90 seconds without the use of overhead cranes, pry bars and hammers.

In early 2012, CLM Marketing acquired certain assets from Die-Sep, LLC of Janesville, WI and took over marketing the Die-Sep.

Today, CLM does business as Die-Sep and as such, designs, manufactures and sells the Die-Sep mold separator and tipper to plastic injection mold plants, auto plastic parts manufacturing plants, and proprietary product manufacturing plants to open, tip, and close molds and dies and to handle other heavy material or objects.

Die-Sep also sells a second piece of equipment used in plastic injection mold plants. It's Mold Water Leak Tester, Model MWLT 212 is a 12 circuit water leak tester that allows the tool room personnel to check for water leaks of an entire mold at one time or check for leaks in 1 - 12 individual circuits. It can also be equipped with a temperature gauge that allows for the testing to find the Reynolds number.
