GENERAL INFORMATION Breslin Contracting Incorporated is a family-owned general contracting company which has been in operation since 1968. Owned by Pete and Pat Breslin, Breslin Contracting is a business comprised of experienced employees who exhibit a dedication and commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship. It is because of these commitments that Breslin has grown into the reputable and successful company it is today.Breslin's work consists mainly of industrial and commercial construction. Most of Breslin's work is self performed and consists of clean and hazwoper excavation, concrete flatwork, structural concrete, stamped concrete, masonry, diamond bit core drilling, saw cutting concrete floors and walls, floor leveling and flash patching, site work, paving, hardscaping, demolition, painting, finish and rough carpentry, and cabinet and countertop fabrication. Breslin employees also install VCT, ceramic tile, metal studs and drywall, drywall and acoustical ceilings, and commercial doors, frames, and hardware. Structural concrete is Breslin's specialization. Much of Breslin's work consists of trench and containment area repairs for industrial companies whose products severely damage the concrete. Breslin has become proficient in installing Henkel's Penncoat epoxy products as well as other products in lieu of concrete in these trenches and containment areas.Breslin Contracting's work extends as far as New Brunswick, NJ to Rockville, MD.
