Applied Metals Technologies was founded in 2001 starting in a 7, 000 square foot facility. In 2005, we moved to our current production facilty of 90, 000 square feet. We look forward to meeting your needs.

METAL FINISHING: Applied Metals Technologies provides various metal finishing services to meet the need of your product. Services range from blasting, grinding, buffing, and polishing.



COATINGS: Applied Metals Technologies can provide several coating options including acrylic, polyester, low gloss polyester, and high end waterborne paints. This includes military CARC coating on steel and aluminum parts. We prepare all parts in our wash system which has no hard metals which are harmful to the envirnoment. We also emerge all parts in our wash system instead of spray to ensure complete coverage.



PREPARATION FOR CHROME PLATING: Applied Metals Technologies will take your cast or forged products and prepare surface for chrome plating. Our process lends itself well to tight places and difficult products.



SORTING: Our staff is trained and prepared to sort necessary materials and products.



WAREHOUSING/DISTRIBUTION: Applied Metals Technologies currently has 60, 000 square feet available. The facility is insured, alarmed, and inscludes a sprinkler system, 2-ton cranes, and pull in and drive up docks. We also have ability to provide EDI transactions as well.



REPAIR OF COSMETICALLY DISCREPANT PARTS: Applied Metals Technologies is able to repair discrepant products while minimizing scrap. This saves you time and manpower at your facility.



NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING: Our staff is certified for penetrant inspection to both ASNT-TC-1A and NAS410. We also have the ability to perform brinell hardness and electrical conductivity equipment.



STRIPPING: We provide mechanical stripping of coatings from your product. This is in contrast to chemicals which are not enivironmetally friendly and may introduce substrate to a harmful, corrosive environment.
