Applied Solutions is headed by Ron Payne, a highly experienced and acknowledged expert in welding program management, weld processes and customized welding equipment. Ron has over 25 years experience with the world's leading nuclear constructors in both manufacturing and customized repair applications. He holds 10 US Patents for welding-related technologies and has published more than 20 technical articles on specialized welding applications and technology.
